For this paper, I would like you to look at the section of your text "Communication Climate and Confirming Messages" as well as your chapter on conflict. Because these topics have quite a bit of overlap, I decided to combine them in one paper. Think of any relationship that you are in; it could be with a significant other, friend, family member, co-worker, boss... anyone. I would like you to consider the different types of confirming messages, as well as the different types of disconfirming message patterns that operate in that specific relationship.
